She put a healthy spin on a very simple dist that you can prepare in under 10 minutes. I like what she did and made this recipe for myself and it was delicious. Just click on the images to see full screen.
“My daughter said, “Wow! That was good!” I like the unique flavor of the sauce, almost like biting into a fresh tomato.
The dish pictured is sauteed onions, garlic and red pepper.
When the garlic was lightly browned, I add ground turkey and cooked it through.
I added the sauce and put it over whole wheat spaghetti. Both my husband and daughter loved it.
